The Mainsrteet project is a modern style, one room apartment for renting.
The moderate, calm, warm gamut of this interior is not chosen by chance — the light cream color makes the interior visually volumetric and spacious, it is also a universal background, which can be later adjusted by each tenant according to personal tastes, adding textiles and decor of one or another color.
The main feature of this space is a planning solution. Initially, a large bedroom with a long corridor leading to the kitchen was planned by the developer. We moved the kitchen to the corridor zone, thereby creating a united space of the kitchen together with the living room.
In the entrance hall a closet with mirror facades is made, such elements expand the space quite well.
A closet with a closed and opened storage system was designed in the living room. It flows into the working area and is a united module with a decorative wall finished with veneered panels.
The walls in the bedroom, as well as in the living room, are made of decorative plaster. Behind the head of the bed, part of the wall is highlighted with 3D panels alternating with mirrors.
On the walls in the bathroom, Porcelanosa tiles are used, which so beautifully conveys the structure and pattern of natural shale.
The interior of these apartments was created according to all the canons of a modern interior: hidden installation doors, hidden skirting board, ceiling with a hidden junction, built-in light and an abundance of illumination.
