During the implementation of this project the main wishes of the client were taken into account: the apartment should have a dressing room, a laundry area, a shower and a spacious kitchen with a living room. There are few load-bearing walls in this apartment, the building is monolithic, and all the walls are made of foam concrete blocks, which made it possible to use imagination in creating a cozy apartment.

The walkthrough kitchen was designed, through it you get into the living room separated by a glass partition. The cooking zone was organized along two walls: along the first one there are columns with built-in kitchen equipment, and underneath kitchen-cupboards with a county made of quartz were located along the other one. The wall with a back splash is decorated with large-format ceramic tiles. A niche for gas equipment is hidden under the furniture facades and is located near the window.

A comfortable corner sofa is located in the living room, a view of the bio fireplace, built into the window cabinet, opens from the sofa, which creates a comfort and warm atmosphere. The walls of the living room are painted with light colours and decorated with wall moldings. Behind the TV-set there are gypsum 3D panels integrated into a previously prepared niche used as a decor.

The bedroom was created in light gray colours. Above the head of the bed a finish is made with using gypsum moldings. To the right and left of the bed decorative plaster, bordered by metal moldings, is applied to the walls. On the opposite wall a photo art panel with a geometric pattern is located. The bright element of the bedroom is metal moldings which are presented not only on the photo panel, but also framing a large mirror. A closet is installed as a storage system, its facades are made by milling method with subsequent gluing of metal moldings according to the individual order of the project designer.

A large shower cabin is installed in the bathroom. A ceramic tile with a texture imitating the Italian mosaic technology "Terrazzo" was selected as wall decoration. The coloring of the bathroom is made with pale pink.

Thanks to the glow through the inserts from tempered glass in the interior doors the effect of a “soaring canvas” is created.

The apartment turned out to be with delicate light gray and pink tones. Bio fireplace and decor elements on the walls give coziness to the space. The general style corresponds to modern eclectic.
